Wouldn’t it be a great idea to use the roofs of inner city stadiums and large buildings as gardens and growing spaces? Well Green City Growers are doing just that. In this week’s episode Ben pays a visit to their president Christopher Grallert at Fenway Park Farm, which just so happens to be situated on the roof of the Boston Red Sox baseball stadium.
Turns out that the practices they use there are transferrable to any garden, even if you have no lawn or raised beds. Check it out to see their ingenious methods of growing 6000lbs of food a year!
